Terms of Service

By accessing gardspace.com or app.gardspace.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and The Citadel-Épopée SAS (SIREN 999 058 829).

• The service is intended for adults only. No person under 18 may create an account or use the service. Children may not create accounts or interact directly with the platform.
• If registering on behalf of a child as a parent or legal guardian, you confirm you have the legal authority to consent to the processing of their data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Gardspace enables Nannies to document care sessions in real time and generate a structured Daily Report at session close. Families receive the Daily Report and follow the session Thread in their Care Space. Nannies build a professional Nanny Passport and Track Record (NTR).

• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• The family (parent or legal guardian) owns the Care Space.
• The Nanny's access to a Care Space ends upon termination of the caregiving relationship. Historical data remains accessible to the family.
• Nannies retain access to their Nanny Passport and NTR regardless of Care Space status.

You agree not to: use the service for unlawful purposes · attempt to access other users' data · reverse engineer the application · use automated scraping tools · share your credentials with third parties.

• You retain ownership of all content you create on Gardspace.
• Children's data belongs to the parents or legal guardians.
• The Nanny Passport and NTR belong to the Nanny and are portable on request.

• The Nanny tier is free. No credit card required.
• Family subscriptions are subject to pricing in effect at the time of subscription.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• EU/UK residents have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for digital services not yet commenced.
• Pricing changes will be communicated with 30 days' notice.

Gardspace is a documentation and coordination platform. It does not provide childcare services and is not responsible for childcare activities performed by its users. The relationship between Nannies and families is governed solely by their private agreement. Gardspace has no role in, and accepts no liability for, the conduct of Nannies or the childcare arrangements made through the platform.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gardspace is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

• You may delete your account at any time. Personal data is deleted within 30 days.
• Gardspace may suspend your account for breach of these Terms, with notice where possible.

These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence. EU residents may use the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

Gardspace reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible. Changes that materially affect your use of the service will be communicated at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service following notice constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Gardspace shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, infrastructure outages, cyberattacks, regulatory changes, or events affecting third-party processors.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
