Accountant
The company provides the work computer, the software suite, and the right to close the session at night.
Pricing
A nanny never pays. Neither does a parent caring alone. For a household with an employed nanny, Gardspace is €6.99/month for the first Care Space, and €3.99 for each additional child. During the launch phase, everything is free — here is how and why.
Let’s say it
We don't ask an accountant to bring their own Excel license. We don't ask a nurse to buy their own stethoscope. Yet for thirty years, nannies have been asked to use their personal WhatsApp to share photos, reports, and the moments of childhood — and to stay reachable 24/7 on their private line. Gardspace fixes that.
The company provides the work computer, the software suite, and the right to close the session at night.
The hospital provides the uniform, the equipment, and the boundary between the ward and home.
The family provides Gardspace. The professional tool and the boundary — like any employer.
The unit
Each child has their own Care Space — not a shared folder between siblings. One capsule per childhood, because each childhood deserves its own memory, its own security boundary, and its own communication channel.
The nanny logs events throughout the day. Parents see them appear in real time — a snack, a nap, a funny word. Not an end-of-day report: a presence.
Each event has its own discussion thread. Parents comment, the nanny replies — a contextual dialogue, no messages lost in an unreadable chat.
A dedicated messaging for this Care Space, separate from the others. The nanny opens it on duty and closes it when she isn't. Work life stays in work life.
The minimum
If you care for your child alone — without an invited co-parent, without an employed nanny — Gardspace is your personal logbook. No trial period. No credit card asked. No crippled features. That's our commitment: the minimum memory of your child does not depend on your wallet.
The tariffs
Solo if you document alone. Household as soon as a co-parent or a nanny joins. Each additional child opens its own Care Space, at a reduced rate.
For the parent documenting alone.
The fully professional mode.
+ €3.99/month per additional Care Space
The commitment
Solo, Household, additional Care Spaces. No payment will be asked of you until the launch phase ends, the date of which we will communicate at least 30 days in advance, by email to each registered family.
Why this transparency?
Because you should not discover a price after entrusting Gardspace with your child’s memories. You will know beforehand. Always.
The mission
Every euro paid by families funds three concrete things.
Secure cloud hosting closest to the place of use. End-to-end encryption. Annual audits. Not a repurposed consumer tool — an infrastructure designed for childcare.
NTR, G-TRID, partnerships with early childhood networks and Nanny associations, support for continuing education. Gardspace contributes to recognizing nannies as professionals, not as informal home helpers.
Nanny Voice is integrated into the product. Your feedback shapes the sprints. No investor dictates day-to-day features. Gardspace serves those who use it.
Frequently asked questions
We will communicate the date at least 30 days in advance, by email to each registered family. No pricing change will happen without notice. You’ll have time to decide knowingly.
Your Care Spaces switch to read-only. You keep full access to the history — photos, videos, reports. You can export your PDF Passport at any time, free of charge, even without a subscription. Your child’s memory belongs to you.
The Solo mode stays free forever — it’s our minimum vital. For the Household mode, write to us at contact@gardspace.com: we review each situation individually.
Because the launch phase is our free trial — of significant duration and for everyone. We prefer offering several months of total gratuity over a short trial that pushes for hasty signup.
Yes, we can adjust pricing. Any change will be communicated to you by email with reasonable notice, and will never happen without you being informed.
