Create an account → open a Care Space → invite the professional → start the session → follow the day → confirm the end → read the report.
Create your account
Open the application and create your account. A 6-digit code is sent to your email — enter it to validate. Your account is now active.
Open a Care Space
The Care Space is the secure digital environment in which your child's care is organised. Only a parent can create one.
Invite the second parent Optional
Enter their email address. The invitation appears directly in their Gardspace application. Once accepted, they have the same rights as you.
Invite the professional
Enter your nanny's email address. Once accepted, she has access to the Care Space. Her access remains active until you remove it.
Start the session
Starting the session is a bilateral act that accompanies the physical handover of the child. At the moment of handover, tap Start session.
Follow the day
During the session, you follow the Timeline in real time. You can react to moments with a comment or an emoji.
End of session
The professional closes the session from her application. Tap Confirm end of session — act of collection.
Read the report
A Daily Report is generated automatically at the end of each session. It summarises everything documented by the professional throughout the day.

Create your account
Open the application and choose the Professional role. A 6-digit code is sent to your email — enter it to validate.
Join a Care Space
You do not create a Care Space — you join one on invitation from a family. The invitation appears in your application. Tap Accept — that's it.
Confirm the handover
At the moment of the physical handover, the parent taps Start session. You tap Confirm handover — act of reception.
Document the day
Gardspace gives you six types of events. They work like the keys of a keyboard — available, never imposed.
Close the session
At the moment of returning the child, tap End session. The parent confirms from their application. The Daily Report is generated automatically.
Your Track Record builds
Every documented session is automatically added to your professional record. Sessions, hours, families, countries — all updated.
After 60 cumulative documented hours, your G-TRID is activated — your unique professional identifier, verifiable at gardspace.app/verify.
Photos & videos
Captured directly in the app — never through the personal gallery. Automatically deleted after 48 hours.
Access to the Care Space
The professional accesses only what is necessary for the active session.
The Daily Report
Generated automatically at session close — not written from memory. Sent to both parents automatically.
