Trust & Privacy
Built around
the child's protection.
Privacy is not a feature. It is the architecture. Every decision in Gardspace was made with the child's protection as the primary constraint.
Three principles.
Non-negotiable.
In-app capture only
Photos and videos are captured directly within Gardspace. They never pass through the nanny's personal gallery, her iCloud, or any personal storage.
Child data stays in the Care Space
All child-related content belongs to the family and stays within their Care Space. The nanny accesses only what is necessary for the active session.
Separation by design
Professional and private life are entirely separated β by architecture, not by policy.
The Care Space
belongs to the family.
The Care Space is created by the family. It is owned by the family. When a nanny joins, she is granted access β not ownership.
A new nanny can join the same Care Space. The child's record continues β uninterrupted. The previous nanny's access is revoked. Her NTR reflects the sessions she documented. Nothing else.
- Full Care Space access
- All sessions and reports
- All memories
- Child history β permanent
- Active session only
- No access outside sessions*
- Cannot extract child data
- Cannot delete memories
Your rights.
By design.
GDPR-minded from day one
Gardspace is designed with GDPR principles at its core β data minimisation, purpose limitation, and user control.
Right to access
Families can access all data stored in their Care Space at any time.
Right to deletion
Families can request deletion of their Care Space and all associated data.
Children's privacy
Child data is never used for advertising, analytics sharing, or third-party purposes of any kind.
